My first memory of freediving dates back to 2014, when I was serving in the Marine Corps.
As a child, I was traumatized by a drowning incident, and the vast unknown of the ocean always intimidated me. However, during my marine training, I quickly broke through that fear and discovered a deep connection with the water.
After my military service, I decided to learn freediving formally and was instantly hooked.
Now, as a freediving instructor, I have the privilege of sharing this incredible experience with you.
I’ve trained hundreds of students from various countries in some of the best freediving locations, including Koh Tao, Thailand, Amed, Bali, and the top-notch freediving facilities in Korea. My goal is to make your first freediving journey both valuable and enjoyable.
