AIDA 2
The AIDA 2* course is one of the most challenging and rewarding AIDA courses. If you’re already confident in open water, this is your starting point. The course builds a strong foundation in technique and safety, allowing you to buddy with other AIDA 2* freedivers.

Minimum Age: 16
Open Water Training: 3 sessions
Pool Training: Static session + Dynamic session
Successfully completing this course gives you an International Certification from AIDA.
To become a certified AIDA 2* freediver, you need to hold your breath for 2 minutes, swim 40 meters underwater with fins, and dive to 12 meters in open water. Throughout the course, you’ll learn the correct skills and techniques to help you reach these goals.
