AIDA 3

DESCRIPTION:

Interested in diving deeper and improving your technique? This course dives into the theory of freediving, helping you understand the physiology and techniques for deeper dives. You'll enhance your freediving performance while advancing your safety and rescue skills.

Minimum Age: 16


Prerequisite: Completed AIDA 2* course (or equivalent)
Open Water Training: 4 sessions
Pool Training: Static session + Dynamic session

Successfully completing this course earns you an International Certification from AIDA.

To become a certified AIDA 3* freediver, you must hold your breath for 2 minutes and 45 seconds, swim 55 meters underwater with fins, and dive to 24 meters in open water. The course will teach you the necessary skills and techniques to achieve these goals.
